WHAT IS AN OPINION?

It is the document that is issued to importers as a result of the conformity evaluation carried out during the verification visit carried out on site, which demonstrates compliance, non-compliance or not subject to compliance with the requirements established in the Official Standards. Mexican Commercial Information, in accordance with the procedure established in the NOM'S Annex and with the specifications determined by the agency through publication in the DOF.
